Help celebrate the relaunch of the Cascades Lifestyle Centre with our first monthly trail run.

Set in the world class MTB trails of Cascades. With Beautiful views and mixture of terrain for all trail runners to enjoy.

Cascades Lifestyle Centre in the heart of Pietermaritzburg is having monthly family runs, To bring the whole family out to run/walk the beautiful trails of Cascades. 5Km and 10km routes

Prizes for podium finishers.

Sponsors include Sportsman Warehouse, Coffeeberry, Cascades Lifestyle Centre and much much more.

Food and drinks available inside the Centre less than 100m from the start.

Registration opens from 7am to 8am. Race starts at 08.30am
